Healthy Choices

I’ve never really had a healthy relationship with food. There have been moments in my life where I wouldn’t eat or I would eat too much. There never seemed to be happy medium. It’s a struggle for me to this day to control myself around food. To when I am actually full and when it goes beyond a social thing. I’m thankful that growing up I was brought up around healthy, yummy home cooked meals that I can resort back to. I am wanting to make healthy choices. I have before. I know it is possible. Below are foods that I will choose first and stick to. Learning about healthy foods is somewhat new to me. If you know of anything else that could be added please feel free to comment and share your knowledge. A main part of my recovery with my eating disorder is controlling myself around food and knowing what healthy options I have. This will be a space I can look back to with reminders and information on healthy choices.
